Natural Counseling is a unique style of therapy that has been effective for many people struggling with different issues or life changes.

How to Begin

Give a call so we can talk about what you are looking for. Our 1st meeting will give you the chance to see how it feels.  There are many therapists with different counseling styles and approaches, it's important to find a therapist who feels right for you. I offer a free 15-30 minute consultation if needed.

Fee and Insurance: 

The fee for each session is $180. A sliding scale is offered when available, for those who need it. I am currently in network with Anthem/Blue Cross and Cigna. If you have a different insurance, your plan may allow you to see an "outside provider" and reimburse a percentage of your cost. Many plans do this. Please confer with your insurance company to find out if this is an option under your plan.

Good Faith Estimate*

In keeping with the 2022 No Surprises Act, a federal law that increases transparency in medical billing, I can provide clients with a "good faith estimate" for services that is an estimate of costs for therapy with me over a given period of time.

* You have the right to receive a "good faith estimate" (GFE) explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don't have or aren't using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. 

​

You have the right to receive a GFE for the total expected cost of any nonemergency health-care services. You can ask for a GFE before you schedule a service; save a copy or picture of it. If you receive a bill that is more than $400 in excess of your GFE, you can dispute the bill.
