How to Begin

Give a call so we can talk about what you are looking for. Our 1st meeting will give you the chance to see how it feels.  There are many therapists with different counseling styles and approaches, it's important to find a therapist who feels right for you. I offer a free 15-30 minute consultation if needed.

Fee and Insurance: 

The fee for each session is $180. A sliding scale is offered when available, for those who need it. I am currently in network with Anthem/Blue Cross and Cigna. If you have a different insurance, your plan may allow you to see an "outside provider" and reimburse a percentage of your cost. Many plans do this. Please confer with your insurance company to find out if this is an option under your plan.
